Calixte Médard TABANGOLI is the Director General of Banque Postale du Congo (BPC), where he has led the institution since its establishment in 2012. A career banker with extensive experience in financial services and central banking, he has played a key role in expanding access to banking services, strengthening financial inclusion, and advancing the digital transformation of the banking sector in the Republic of the Congo. In addition to leading Banque Postale du Congo, he serves as President of the Association Professionnelle des Établissements de Crédit du Congo (APEC-Congo), representing the country's banking industry and contributing to dialogue on banking regulation, financial sector development, and investment. Under his leadership, Banque Postale du Congo has strengthened its focus on digital banking, SME financing, financial innovation, and partnerships that support economic development, including strategic financing initiatives with international financial institutions. He is a strong advocate for leveraging technology, cybersecurity, and modern financial infrastructure to improve access to financial services and support sustainable economic growth across the Republic of the Congo.
