Lana (she/her) is a housing energy policy expert and advocate for social and environmental justice. In her role as a climate campaigner with Stand.earth’s SAFE Cities program, she is working to pass municipal policies that equitably phase out polluting gas heating in homes. Before joining Stand.earth, Lana worked at a number of advocacy organizations including Greenpeace Canada and Environmental Defence. She has also led grassroots climate and economic justice campaigns in Toronto and organized in support of frontline Indigenous communities in Ontario and beyond.
