Stephen began his career in the energy sector working with a delivery partner for a province-wide income-eligible energy conservation program. After joining the IESO in 2016, Stephen has held a number of roles supporting Save on Energy Demand Side Management programs, including those targeted to income-eligible, mass market residential, Indigenous, and commercial customers, and he helped lead the design and delivery of the Energy Affordability Program. Stephen lives in Toronto and enjoys staying active and spending time in nature.
