Scott Osmond (he/him) is a Mitigation Specialist with Clean Foundation’s Community Climate Capacity Program. In this role, he supports rural Nova Scotian communities in accelerating community energy and emissions reduction projects. With a background in community engagement, project management, and renewable energy, Scott has worked with governments, not-for-profits, and private industry on a range of initiatives. His experience includes solar, wind, and hydroelectric projects, as well as work on climate change adaptation projects in Newfoundland and Labrador, Ontario, and Nova Scotia. Scott holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Geography and Earth Science from Memorial University of Newfoundland and Labrador.
