Claire is a Senior Climate Action Specialist with the City of Richmond’s Climate and Environment department, where she leads the development of policies, programs, and strategies to advance the City’s 2050 Community Energy and Emissions Plan. Her work focuses on reducing emissions from existing buildings through innovative policy design, community engagement, and data-driven tools that promote zero-emission, equitable, and climate-resilient communities. In her free time, Claire enjoys spending time in the great outdoors and traveling.
