Kevin has been working with renewable energy, efficiency in buildings and GHG reduction for two decades. He is a practical, hands-on engineer and energy expert.

His background is an eclectic combination of experiences: a manufacturing engineer in the high efficiency lighting sector, wind energy research at Canada’s national lab and testing facility, worked on Canada’s atmospheric pollution instrument package that was part of the TERRA Earth Observation Satellite, ran a solar design/install business, and managed an energy assessment company doing residential, commercial, municipal and Agri-biz evaluations.

Kevin joined the PEI Gov in 2024 as the Net Zero Buildings Coordinator, aiding the provincial effort to significantly reduce GHG emissions from the building stock.
