Jenny is the Senior Product Manager for Low Income in BC Hydro’s Energy Management and Innovation department. She’s responsible for the design and implementation of energy efficiency offers for income-qualified customers, including BC’s only direct-install offer, the Energy Conservation Assistance Program (ECAP), and Energy Saving Kits (ESK), all of which are 100% free for customers.
Jenny has held various project and program management roles within BC Hydro since 2013, including four years as a project manager for BC Hydro’s largest project to date, the Site C Clean Energy Project.
Originally from Northeastern China, Jenny lives with her family in Vancouver, BC. She holds a BASc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of British Columbia. She enjoys buying books, growing vegetables, taking beautiful photographs, and renovating homes with her husband.
