Craig Colombo is the Vice President of Gas Supply and Gas Control for Hope Gas and Hope Utilities, overseeing operations across the company’s four gas utility subsidiaries: Hope Gas, Northeast Ohio, Sycamore Gas, and Frontier Gas. Based in Morgantown, West Virginia, Craig leads the strategy, planning, and delivery of gas supply needs and system control functions for these utilities, ensuring reliable and efficient service across multiple states.
With over 41 years of experience in the natural gas industry, including more than 37 years with Hope Gas, Craig has built a reputation for operational excellence, strategic foresight, and deep technical expertise. He plays an active role in state regulatory proceedings in all four states where Hope Utilities operates, guiding compliance and policy engagement to support long-term system reliability and growth.
Craig is also a highly respected industry leader. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Gas and Oil Association of West Virginia and as a member of the Executive Committee of the Southern Gas Association (SGA). Previously, he served more than 14 years on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of the North American Energy Standards Board (NAESB), helping to advance market standards for the natural gas and electricity sectors across North America.
