Michael Casey leads AI Enterprise Solutions at Williams, one of the largest natural gas infrastructure companies in North America. Based in Tulsa, he manages a team of analysts and engineers who bring practical, secure AI into the hands of everyday employees. That covers Microsoft 365 Copilot rollout, Perplexity, Figma, Gemini, custom agent development, and the governance and change management work that turns a good pilot into something people use every day. Michael likes the unglamorous part of the job: finding where AI genuinely saves someone time, building it, and then helping thousands of coworkers get comfortable enough to make it a habit. He spent much of his career in collaboration platforms and Microsoft 365 before moving fully into AI enablement. Away from the office, Michael is a husband and dad to 4 wonderful kids. Most weekends you'll find his family at the lake, out on the boat and in the water, or chasing a beach trip whenever the calendar cooperates or playing golf with is wife.
