Dhruv Jain is Enterprise Integration Director in National Grid's Chief Data Office, where he contributes towards enterprise AI integration strategy, architecture, and governance across the U.S. Electric and Gas businesses. He defines the reference architectures, governance patterns, and operating model guidelines for embedding AI and machine learning across API, event-driven, and hybrid cloud and on-premises environments, and directs a federated delivery framework that lets business and IT teams adopt AI consistently, with guardrails for data flow, model access, and security. Drawing on 26+ years designing mission-critical ecosystems across Energy & Utilities, Financial Services, Telecom, and the Public Sector, including IT/OT convergence aligned with regulatory requirements like NERC CIP, he brings architecture, integration, cloud, data, security, and governance together so AI works securely with enterprise data, applications, and business processes.

He partners with business and technology leaders to define strategy, guardrails, and reusable patterns, while maintaining the resilience and discipline needed to accelerate innovation and scale AI adoption, turning experimentation into measurable business value and sustainable enterprise capabilities.
