Jeremy Cook is the CEO and Head of Development at 3D Infrastructure (3Di), where he partners with landowners, commercial and industrial clients, energy developers, data centers, utilities, regulators, and policymakers to deliver projects that drive economic growth, benefit communities, and advance the low-carbon economy.

With over 15 years of experience in sustainable development, Jeremy has worked across sectors including carbon capture and storage, renewable energy, renewable fuels, data centers, water, and wastewater projects. He previously served as Head of Development at Noya, a direct air carbon capture company, where he continues to advise as a consultant. At Grid Beyond, an AI technology company, Jeremy led the commercialization of Distributed Energy Resource Management Systems (DERMS), Virtual Power Plants (VPP), and energy market forecasting platforms. He also played a pivotal role at ENGIE, the world’s largest independent power producer, where he established and led ENGIE Impact’s renewable energy advisory practice.
