Kyle Zeringue is a nationally recognized executive leader with more than 20 years of experience at the intersection of energy, economic development, infrastructure strategy, and public-private partnerships. He currently serves as COO and Chief Development Officer at A3 Solutions Group, where he leads strategic growth initiatives, M&A integration, and AI-driven operational improvements across multiple industry sectors.
Previously, Kyle was Vice President of Corporate Development for one of the largest industrial engineering and electrical / instrumentation construction companies in the United States. In his role, he managed the M&A of an engineering firm and developed diversification and market expansion strategies that supported doubling revenue to $480 million and new industry contracts exceeding $500 million. His work has included positioning for major capital
development projects, establishing strategic partnerships, and supporting energy infrastructure initiatives throughout Louisiana, Gulf South, and beyond.
A seasoned public-sector strategist, Kyle served as Senior Vice President of Project Development for the Baton Rouge Area Chamber and Senior Director of Business Development for Louisiana Economic Development, where he focused on scaling clean energy technologies with developers, venture capital, private equity, CEO’s, global energy companies, and all other stakeholders,attracting over $11 billion in investment and thousands of high-wage jobs. His policy expertise and leadership in environmental, infrastructure, and industrial development led to his appointment on Governor Jeff Landry’s Economic Transition Team and Baton Rouge Mayoral Government Transition Teams.
Kyle has testified before the U.S. Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works, advocating for regulatory frameworks that support sustainable industrial growth and clean energy transition. He is a frequent speaker on topics including infrastructure strategy, alternative financing models, advanced manufacturing, and energy market evolution.
He holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Management from Louisiana State University. A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, U.S DOE Energy Executive, and certified coach in Franklin Covey’s 4 Disciplines of Execution, Kyle is also deeply engaged in civic leadership and statewide workforce development initiatives.
