As the Director of Business Analytics at Primoris Services Corporation, Russell leverages his extensive experience in business development, industrial construction, and information technology to provide predictive and prescriptive analytics that drive business decisions. Within this role, he has successfully led the implementation of a new customer relationship management platform as well as business intelligence applications that have improved agile decision-making by our senior management team. In addition, Russell provides critical market analytics to the Primoris team that supports their corporate strategy by assessing industry trends that potentially impact their operational and financial goals.

Russell began his career in Information Technology where he served in engineering, analyst, and director roles. Transitioning out of technology, he moved into the construction industry where he excelled in project controls, project engineering, and project management opportunities. During this time, Russell developed several business applications to support construction field operations. Seeing his diverse capabilities, his management at that time brought him into business development where he spent 10 years meeting the needs of his clients providing engineering, construction, and maintenance services.

Russell is passionate about applying his skills in customer relationship management and business analytics to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of his team and clients. His engineering, information technology, and business development background has equipped him with a strong foundation in problem-solving and critical thinking. He is always eager to learn new tools and techniques to enhance his analytical capabilities and contribute to the growth and success of Primoris and their clients.

Russell has been married over 33 years to his best friend. They have 4 children and 1 grandchild. Russell enjoys the outdoors, travelling, and working on his farm in Louisiana.
