Dr. Patria has extensive experience leading successful energy auctions and capacity procurements across multiple states, overseeing bid valuation, market analysis, and forecast development. She also provides strategic support to clients on government policy, forecast scenarios, procurement strategy, and the evolving regulatory landscape.

Her recent work focuses on data center development and its implications for load forecasting, capacity procurement, and policy solutions. Her academic research centers on empirical and theoretical analysis of energy markets and applied game theory, bridging industry practice with academic insights.

Dr. Patria earned her Ph.D. in Economics from Boston College and serves as an Adjunct Professor at Northeastern University, where she teaches Economics of Energy Markets. She is also the author of several academic papers on market design and energy economics.
