He advises clients on multiple facets of public utility regulation including net metering, interconnection, distribution system planning, performance-based regulation, and virtual power plant program design and implementation in proceedings before state public utility commissions across the country to create a level playing field for DERs to provide grid support services and achieve climate, clean energy and other public policy goals.
