Steph Hsiung is a member of ICF’s Flexible Load Management Pilots & Programs team, which aims to help utilities unlock the full value of DERs as part of a holistic load management strategy. Steph currently manages smart thermostat, EV managed charging, and battery storage pilots for ICF's utility clients. Her 10+ years of experience include EV charging research, utility program design, cost-effectiveness testing, project finance, corporate and municipal sustainability, and environmental regulation proceedings. Her understanding of the DR/DER ecosystem comes from her direct experience working with utilities, DERMS providers, OEMs, and customers/users. Before joining her current role at ICF, Steph previously worked for Ford Pro Charging and Uplight.
