Colorado Rural Electric Association (CREA) is a non-profit trade association that represents and serves the interests of Colorado's electric cooperatives. It works to advance the interests of its members through united efforts, focusing on legislative and regulatory affairs, government relations, and providing support services. CREA specifically serves 21 of Colorado's 22 electric distribution cooperatives and Tri-State Generation & Transmission.
