Archana Shah has over 20 years of experience leading transformations in private equity–backed and public high-growth organizations. She has deep experience leading enterprise change in complex M&A environments and private equity–backed portfolio companies. She specializes in building scalable technology platforms and operating models that accelerate value creation during acquisitions, integrations, and carve-outs.
She currently serves as Head of IT and HR for a Midstream Gas transportation company carved out from a larger enterprise, where she led the transition of IT, OT, and HR functions to establish a fully independent operating model. Her work included implementing foundational processes, governance, and enterprise technologies to support a scalable standalone organization. In addition, Archana serves on the Daya Houston Board, a non-profit focused on supporting survivors of domestic violence.
