Marty currently serves as Chief Digital & Information Officer at CenterPoint Energy. Marty joined CenterPoint Energy in 2024 as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).
Prior to CenterPoint, Marty had extensive leadership experience in transforming organizations through capability development focused on the consumer, effective and efficient use of digital resources and reducing enterprise risk. Marty had an extensive career at Ford Motor Company, where he held multiple Global leadership roles focused on building services that worked to build capability for the enterprise as well as provide protections against threats both inside and outside the company.
He serves as an advisory role for multiple technology organizations both large and startup. Marty serves in the community as a board member for CompUDopt as well as the alumni network of The Evans Scholar Foundation of which he was a member as well.
