Uba Nwogu is Lead, Digital and Innovation at FIRST Exploration & Petroleum Development Company (FIRST E&P), the Lagos-based Nigerian independent exploration and production company, where he is responsible for the company's digital and innovation agenda. He is an enterprise architect and technology consultant whose career spans energy, financial services, healthcare and the humanitarian sector. Before joining FIRST E&P he led digital transformation at TEMPLARS and worked in technology consulting for West Africa at EY. He spent six years as enterprise architect at Stanbic IBTC, held the same role at the International Committee of the Red Cross, and led IT and enterprise applications at Avon Healthcare and Hygeia Nigeria. He is also a co-founder of Johnson & Glory.
