Ehimhen Agunloye is the General Manager, Development & Subsurface at Renaissance Africa Energy Company Limited, where she leads an onshore and shallow-water portfolio producing over 250 kb/d of oil and 2+ bscf/d of gas. She oversees a 150+ member multidisciplinary technical organization, delivering integrated subsurface development, reservoir management, well delivery, asset optimization, and full-cycle reserves assurance. With over 21 years of upstream experience across Nigeria and the Gulf of Mexico, she has led major field development and gas commercialization projects, including the delivery of the NLNG Trains 1–6 onshore gas projects, increasing gas supply to over 2 bscf/d, executing a $1.5 billion, 15-well Southern Swamp Associated Gas oil project, and driving a turnaround in liquids evacuation performance through the TNP system from near-zero to over 80%. She holds a First-Class degree in Chemical Engineering, a master’s degree from the University of Cambridge, UK, and an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. She is professionally registered with COREN and NSE. Outside work, she enjoys non-fiction reading, podcasts, and long-distance running, having completed over 36 marathons. She is a mother of two.
