Ngowari Diminas, FNSE, is an engineering and project management executive with nearly two decades of international experience across the energy, oil and gas, infrastructure and engineering sectors. She is Senior Vice President and Managing Director at Westpaq, providing strategic leadership in engineering, project development, operational excellence and project execution. She previously held senior executive positions within the Westpaq organisation, including Vice President, Projects and Engineering at Westpaq International and Deputy Managing Director, Engineering and Projects, at Westpaq in Nigeria, and spent almost a decade at TC Energy in engineering, quality and compliance, and project services. A Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and a Past Chair of its Houston Branch, she is the founder of Connecting All Female Engineers Worldwide, an initiative advancing women in engineering through mentorship, networking and leadership development. She holds an Executive MBA in Global Leadership from the University of Houston's C.T. Bauer College of Business and an MSc in Oil and Gas Engineering from Robert Gordon University. Her experience spans North America, Europe and Africa.
