James (Jim) Breaux is an accomplished facilitator, speaker, and futurist. He holds an Industrial Engineering degree, a Masters of Foresight, and is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas. Jim is the author of “The Little Book of Foresight” 2019, and an adjunct professor at the University of Houston - Honors College where he teaches TECH-4310, “Future of Energy and Environment”
