Dana Saliba (OU Tulsa)

Each February, at the OU-Tulsa campus, our IT leadership hosts a campaign with the focus targeted towards our most precious asset, our PEOPLE. We share appropriate personal trivia and desired details to increase awareness of each other across our multiple teams rather than to only know or observe the technical skills and/or job responsibilities. Throughout the month, we provide snacks/treats, capitalize on timely themes, infuse various surprises, share feedback from campus leadership and such to “love on our staff” in the most fun and engaging methods possible.
