Daniel Byers is the Network Systems Administrator at Oklahoma Panhandle State University (OPSU). A proud alumnus of the university (Class of 2024), Daniel transitioned from a student leader to a key member of the IT infrastructure team. He previously served as the Academic Technology Coordinator, where he played a pivotal role in the shared technology partnership between OPSU and Goodwell Public Schools. In his current role, Daniel assists in managing the university's campus-wide network architecture, overseeing server maintenance (on-prem and cloud), and supporting the institution's ongoing digital transformation initiatives.
