Kelly began working for ExxonMobil in 2007 as a Geophysicst at their Upstream Research Lab. She held numerous roles at Exxon in Exploration, Production and Development. In 2014, Kelly moved to BHP where she has enjoyed being a senior geophysicist on a number of fields, both in Exploration and Production. Kelly has a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Brown University and a Master’s and PhD in Geological Sciences from Brown University.
