Patrick Seeba is a Product Owner from PortXchange responsible for leading various large-scale implementations as well as a team of backend software developers. Before coming to Rotterdam in 2016, he spent a decade in the Port of Houston in a series of escalating roles working on projects ranging from port call optimization to maritime security project management. His educational background include degrees in political science, and logistics with focuses in maritime/naval operations.
