Keith was educated in the UK and attended Manchester Technical College, UK, through a Shell program, graduating with distinctions in Chemical Plant Operations plus Bachelor of Science Degree for Operations Management from NYACK University, New York.

Decades of EPC Project and Operation & Maintenance related work across all phases of the Energy Industry globally. Numerous Business Development and Executive Operational Management roles across multiple business lines, particular emphasis on BD, Operational and P&L improvement areas. Wealth of experience in both an Offshore & Onshore environment for NOC’s (Qatar Petroleum/ADNOC), IOC’s (Shell) and major Contractors (Fluor, KBR and Bechtel).
Established numerous International New Co Entities (JV’s) to address a local solution involving world class processes and practices, introducing remote support concepts through an award-winning IM system.
Keith has worked throughout the world in senior/executive roles such as:
Head of Gas Operation for Qatar Petroleum Offshore Operations, a ME National Oil Company.
President of a Project Solutions for ST2EP, a Houston, TX based company.
Commissioning Director for ADNOC on Offshore and Onshore facilities
Managing Director of Fluor Aberdeen, doubled business in a three year period
Director and GM of SNGS JV, Sakhalin Island and QNFS JV, Qatar, full O&M services
GM for Fluor AMEC JV, Philippines for full O&M services including Brownfield Engineering
Executive Director for Fluor
Highly flexible individual responsible for and/or integrally involved in several company start-up’s, developing and proving Organizations from paper through to reality, both domestically and internationally. Several organizations involved implementing new legal entities to support market conditions and satisfying both partners. Managed the merger between the separate QP Oil & Gas divisions under a single umbrella.
Lived and worked extensively internationally with spouse, 4 children and a dog, currently has a home and youngest son working in Houston, Texas, which is home to the Robinson’s since 1997, with the older three children living and working in the UK.
