Brandon Neff is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of SCAN13, a global Cyber Risk Management company. Brandon began his 20+ year cyber career at the National Security Agency (NSA), leading his team to win the Director’s Award for supporting global cyber operations. Following his NSA tenure, Brandon served as a Principal Strategy Consultant in Silicon Valley where he led large-scale strategy and risk engagements with global clients. Brandon holds a Bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M and Master’s from Harvard University.
