Rick has served as the Business Development Manager for Intelligent Transportation Systems LLC (ITS) since 2018. Working with the deepwater ports and stevedores within the Lower Mississippi River Port Complex, Rick has an impressive track record of assembling high-performing, cross-functional teams to design and implement cutting edge technology solutions for information sharing and interoperability for maritime stakeholder communities; advanced analytics and AI for video surveillance; remote operation of heavy equipment transloading cargo from vessel to barge; Cyber resilience and business continuity; multibeam hydrographic surveys; and the broadband, mesh, secure network infrastructure which enables it all. Rick earned and MBA from Louisiana State University and carries the designation as a Rajant Certified Network Professional (RCNP.) Rick is an active member in the Louisiana Maritime Security Committee, Gulf of Mexico Area Security Committee, Maritime Transportation System ISAC, and Louisiana Infragard.
