Philip E. Kuebler has served as President of Bay Houston Towing Co. since 2016. Philip has also held roles of Executive Vice President and Vice President with the company. Prior to Bay Houston Towing Co., Mr. Kuebler spent time in technology as an Entrepreneur as well as working for Hewlett Packard. Philip leveraged this background to drive efficiencies through modernization of both front and back ends systems at Bay Houston Towing Co.. Mr. Kuebler has been a stark advocate of modernizing legacy equipment to more modern and environmentally friendly systems. Philip currently serves as the Harbor Services Sector Chair for the American Waterways Association. Mr. Kuebler is a 6th generation Houstonian who attended St. Thomas High School and holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Bauer College of Business and a BA in Finance from Texas Tech University.
