Anas Al Kassas is the founder and CEO of INOVUES, an award-winning cleantech startup that is working to make buildings more efficient and sustainable by retrofitting the facades and windows with the latest energy-saving and smart glass technologies without replacement or disruption. Anas is an architect by profession and a façade system engineer by practice with over a decade of international experience. Prior to founding INOVUES and developing its patented insulating glass retrofit technology, he worked with renowned architectural firms and multinational facade fabricators and specialty glazing contractors. His expertise lies in developing, manufacturing, and testing advanced window and curtain wall systems for high-rise buildings. Throughout his career, he worked on high-profile real estate developments around the world, including 200 Amsterdam Avenue, a 50-story building in New York City, Entisar Tower, the second tallest tower in Dubai, and Raffles City Chongqing, a 12-million-square-foot skyscraper city in China. Anas holds a Master of Architecture degree from Boston Architectural College and a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Damascus University.
