Over the last 10 years, Emilie has worked with governments, nonprofits, industry partners, and community organizations to advance public policy, strengthen partnerships, and support effective governance. She has helped build movements and coalitions tackling a range of issues, including energy efficiency, air quality, active transportation, poverty reduction, and electoral participation. In her role at Efficiency Canada, she works to advance practical energy efficiency policy solutions and foster collaboration across the sector. Outside of work, Emilie devotes much of her free time to ice climbing and serves on the board of the Alpine Club of Canada. She holds a Master's degree in Philanthropy and Nonprofit Leadership.
