Tijo Joseph is a Project Manager with the Energy and Climate Change group at the City of Guelph. Tijo’s work at the City involves managing energy efficiency, retrofit, and renewable energy projects across City facilities, providing sustainability advisory services on City projects, and on the community file, leading and supporting the City's climate reporting initiatives, climate and energy equity action plans, and retrofit and resilience program design. Prior to the City, Tijo held roles in engineering consulting and in the manufacturing sector. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and holds postgraduate qualifications in Environmental Engineering, Energy Management, and Automotive Engineering.
