Kaelan Keys is the Manager, Communities and leads engagement efforts with Indigenous and African Nova Scotian communities. His work focuses on strengthening partnerships, advancing equity-focused energy and housing initiatives, and supporting programs that deliver meaningful benefits to communities. Through a relationship-centered approach, Kaelan works with community leaders and partners to help ensure programs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with community priorities.
