Bridget O'Flaherty is the Retrofit Accelerator Research Lead at EnviroCentre and a Registered Energy Advisor with more than 15 years of experience in the housing and energy efficiency sector. She leads research focused on deep retrofits, social housing decarbonization, workforce development, and energy justice. Her current work explores the workforce and market conditions needed to deliver equitable building retrofits at scale across Eastern Ontario.
