Established in 1985 as a Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB), CounterTrade Products, Inc.
(CounterTrade) provides IT solutions that combine the right products and services to deliver
complete, end-to-end customer satisfaction. At CounterTrade, our Mission is “Service not by Gold,
but by the Golden Rule.” Our corporate culture is based on this Mission, and each CounterTrade
employee endeavors to provide each client with exceptional customer service, every time. Our firm
believes in building lasting relationships, and we foster this by providing our clients with their own
designated Account Executive. Our firm is an ISO 9001 and 20243 Certified organization; these
policies allow us to consistently meet challenging standards and drive quality with performance for
all our clients.
CounterTrade has been awarded, as a prime contractor, some of the largest government-wide
acquisition contracts (GWACs) in the country. We have substantial knowledge in managing large
scale multiple- purchase contract vehicles. Contracts we manage specific to state and local
governments, as well as the education sector, are 1GPA, CES, TIPS, and MOHAVE COOPERATIVE.
Alongside our contract expertise, our variety in offerings gives our customers the ability to choose
the solutions that best satisfy the need at hand. Our line card offers over one million SKUs, from
thousands of OEM and vendor partners, all of which can be obtained through a single point of
contact.
Since our inception, we have worked diligently to improve productivity, decrease equipment costs,
and introduce the latest technology to agencies and government organizations across the globe.
We made a commitment to offer the best in industry to the government in 1985, and we continue to honor that pledge over 40 years later.
