She currently serves as the Director of Student Support Strategy at OU Online, where she oversees support services for 4,500+ online students. In this role, she leads comprehensive student success initiatives, engagement strategies, and data-informed resource implementation. Her work focuses on fostering inclusive online learning communities through building a robust and scalable student support infrastructure. As someone who completed her doctorate in Learning and Organizational Change at Baylor University through an online program, Hannah brings a firsthand understanding of the online student experience to her work. This personal perspective enhances her ability to develop effective support strategies and create meaningful connections for online learners.
