Holly Anderson is the Director of Operations and Industry Pathways for OU Online at the University of Oklahoma. In this role, she leads the operations of OU Online, focusing on continuous process improvement, capacity building, systems management, and program development. Holly also enhances workforce readiness through impactful industry partnerships and workforce development initiatives. With 19 years of experience in higher education, her passion continues to drive her toward creating strategic solutions to the pressing needs of higher education, with a special interest in workforce development, distance learning, and adult education.
