Art Brownlow is Senior Fellow for Academic Innovation and Professor of Music History at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. He is a Fellow in the UT System Academy of Distinguished Teachers, a founding Fellow in the UTRGV Academy of Distinguished Teachers, an Apple Distinguished Educator, and has received the UT System Regents’ Outstanding Teaching Award and certifications in flipped learning and artificial intelligence. His degrees are from the University of Texas at Austin, Northwestern University and Furman University.
