As Senior Associate Vice Provost for Scholarly Resources, Posie Aagaard leads departments that specialize in streamlining access to information systems and collections, providing advanced research and scholarly communication support, and coordinating a robust campus OER program that has saved students over $10 million. Posie also has a faculty appointment in the Information Systems and Cyber Security department. She holds an MSIT/Cybersecurity from the University of Texas at San Antonio, a Certificate of Advanced Study in Information Systems and Telecommunications Management from Syracuse University, an MLS from the University of North Texas, and a BME and BM from Texas Tech University.
