Rachel Daugherty is a Lead Instructional Designer at OU Education Services and designs high-quality online curriculum and engaging learning experiences across the University of Oklahoma Norman and Health Sciences programs. Rachel serves as Quality Matters Coordinator for the University of Oklahoma-Norman and supports faculty and staff to align their programs and courses with the latest research in online course design quality standards. Rachel has fifteen years of teaching experience with undergraduate and graduate courses in research methods, technical and professional writing, and writing program administration, and has presented on teaching and program development topics at regional and national conferences. She received her B.A. in English from Oregon State University, M.A. in English from Oklahoma State University, and Ph.D. in Rhetoric and Composition from Texas Christian University.
