William “Biff” Farrell is a Media Manager, working with OU Education Services. He guides the production of video and media collaborating with course developers and instructional designers to implement media into learning environments. William has a Bachelors in English and a Masters in Educational Video and Media Production. Previously, he was an Associate Professor and Department Head of Video Production at Pellissippi State in Knoxville, TN. He has worked in media production in both higher education and the private sector since 1995. Internationally, Farrell has taught documentary production, independent projects, photography and media technologies in different countries.
