Alisha Ridenour, Assistant Director of the Center for Instructional Development and Technology at Southeastern Oklahoma State University, is an seasoned educator and instructional designer. With 20+ years of experience in public and higher education, she is passionate about creating engaging and effective learning experiences, staying up to date on educational technology, understanding learner needs, and designing quality courses. Beyond her role at SE, Alisha is a champion of Quality Matters (facilitator, peer reviewer, and coordinator), member of OK-CAN, several state committees including COLE, state-level AI Impact committee, and other groups that foster continuous improvement in online learning.
