Call for Proposals
COLTT is now accepting proposals for the 2025 conference on July 30th and 31st at the CU Boulder Campus. This conference aims to bring together educators, technologists, administrators, and industry experts to explore the latest advancements and innovative practices in education.
We are seeking dynamic and engaging presentations that align with our conference theme, Shaping our Future Together. Below are several focus areas with additional topics listed in the proposal submission form:
- Artificial Intelligence/LLMs in Education: Share insights on how AI is transforming personalized learning, automating administrative tasks, and enhancing student engagement and outcomes.
- Online and Hybrid Learning Models: Discuss the latest advancements in online learning platforms, best practices for hybrid teaching, and strategies for creating flexible and inclusive learning environments.
- Student Mental Health and Well-being: Focus on holistic approaches to support student mental health, including the integration of technology to provide accessible mental health resources and services.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Explore how data analytics can inform educational strategies, improve student retention, and enhance institutional effectiveness.
- Augmented and Virtual Reality (AR/VR): Present on the use of AR and VR to create immersive learning experiences and simulate real-world scenarios for interactive and experiential learning.
- The Great Unbundling - Navigate the rise of alternative credentialing, online education, and specialized degree programs.
- Neurodiversity: Consider different cognitive profiles and how we can expand learning environments for greater accessibility and engagement.

- Proposal Types: We welcome proposals for panel discussions, interactive workshops, and more.
- Submission Deadline: May 9, 2025
- Submission Process: Please submit your proposal through our online submission form.
- Proposal Requirements: Include a title, description (250-300 words), participant takeaways, brief biography of the presenter(s).
