CISA and the US Army Corps of Engineers Research and Development Center (ERDC) are collaborating to develop a Port and Marine Transportation System Resilience Assessment and Decision Guide that can be used by multiple federal agencies, local governments and industry decision makers.  The Guide’s objective is to provide a consistent and replicable framework for conducting a resilience assessment that results in actionable recommendations to improve resilience. It includes relevant resources and methodologies for conducting the assessment, recommendations for improving port resilience based on past studies, and holistic characteristics of port operations, stakeholders, and infrastructure systems that serve these operations.
