Joe Kendall is a project manager with ABS Group supporting CISA’s Office of Chemical Security and the Infrastructure Assessments and Analysis Division. Over the past two years, Joe has supported the development of the Maritime Transportation System Resilience Assessment Guide, in the areas of characterization and dependency analysis. Since 2017, he has supported the Infrastructure Development and Recovery Program within CISA, conducting research and pilot projects related to enhancing infrastructure resilience at the state and local level and supporting regional assessments of infrastructure systems. He previously worked at the Homeland Security Studies and Analysis Institute, a DHS FFRDC, where he supported project related to resilience, risk analysis assessment, and preparedness policy.
